  I am trying the $20 7-day membership and so far I have been pleased with the facilities. I have used the indoor pool and shower, attended Strength 50 with Bianca and used the weights. All good. My small flat white was a bit ordinary though.

  There is a great location with free parking and very good equipments at the gym.

  I joined before it opened appx 3 years ago. Great set up, mainly use the pool & spa room. The Spa, Steam & Sauna area is great. I am completely sick of paying $44 a week to be a Gold Member & been told by staff for appx 2 years when something is broken that they are waiting on parts from overseas. There is always something broken & always the same answer. It's BS. I have been very patient & when i have told the staff at reception very politely on many occasions even to the point recently that if things are not fixed i will stop direct debits until everything in the "Spa Rejuvenation Room" is working. I even asked the friendly staff member to please pass on my feedback to the boss, 3 weeks on, nothing. I'm sick of it & i know many others who are too. I have 5 family who are members & the minute there is a problem with a direct debit not going through they are onto us like you would not believe. Wont even put an Out of Order sign on what is broken & make members press dodgy buttons & hope things are working month after month after month. The only out of order sign I have seen this year was when a barricade was removed from the very impressive shower set up after more than a month, the day before the recent Open Day. The out of order sign was not visible to visitors. Enough is Enough, stop taking our money & not providing what we are paying for, Gold Membership ???? Updated post, Happy to say after 5 weeks now everything is working & the Gold Membership is worth every cent, i hope it continues!

  The only reason why we keep renewing our membership in this gym is because of the sauna and the spa. There are always something broken at the gym every time we come. The shower in the gold member spa area was broken for months. The door entry to the gold member area are often broken too. There are often no soaps in the shower. Time table always change frequently and it’s just annoying. One of the hairdryers broken for months and it was annoying to wait for hairdryer especially when one is in rush to get ready for work. Membership fee is double than most gym in Canberra. You can only freeze your membership for a minimum of 4 weeks and still pay $14/week retainer. In comparison Club Lime in Mitchell charge $14/week for their membership and can be freeze anytime. If you are not too attached to sauna facilities, better value at Fernwood, Club Lime or Alive in Narrabundah (the best staff!).

  The swimming pool with spa and sauna that are so clean. All staffs are so kind for everyone.

  Don't know why others have posted such negative reviews. Great facilities. Not really anything to compare this to in Canberra but good by world standards.
